Message from the President
We, Konyo Management Co., Ltd., aim to be a company that is involved in the
entire "living" business.
Although we are a relatively new company established in March 2021, our
performance has been steadily increasing every
fiscal year. In this fiscal year, our fifth fiscal year, we have increased our
capital to 45 million yen and aim to
further expand our business.
We are deeply grateful for this, as we owe it all to our many customers and
business partners who have given us their
trust and support.
Our strengths are our global response and competitiveness.
As globalization progresses worldwide, more and more people from all over the
world are visiting Japan for various
purposes, such as work, study abroad, and tourism, and the demand for housing
in Japan from overseas is higher than ever
before.
In this situation, we have many staff members who can speak multiple
languages, including Japanese, Chinese, English,
Vietnamese, and Portuguese, and we provide an environment where customers can
search for a room without feeling a
language barrier.
Thanks to you, many customers who have used our company often say, "I'm really
glad I left it to Konyo."
What I look for in my employees is an attitude of thinking and acting
independently, rather than waiting for
instructions.
I believe that it is this attitude that earns the trust of customers who say,
"I'm really glad I entrusted Konyo with my
business."
I often liken the "leaf" in "Konyo Management" to a boat. Just like this boat,
I want to provide the same wonderful
living environment to all our customers, regardless of nationality.
There is no greater joy than when, as a result, our customers think, "I want
